Purpose:
- To develop a national "Control, Measurement and Protection System for Small and Medium Size Hydroelectric Power Plant (HEPP)"
- To reduce the cost of control system for HEPPs
- To advance the competitive capacity of TEMSAN in the national and international market of control system for HEPPs
- To increase the MTBF of a HEPP

At the end of the project TEMSAN will have;
- The project design documentation detaily includes all about HEPP parts and control, measurement and protection systems.
- A control, Measurement and Protection System prototype for a model HEPP as; 2*10 MW Horizantal/Vertical Francis Turbines, Air/water cooling 10 MVA Generator, Brushles/Static Exciter, Speed Governor for related turbine, 36 kV output voltage, Single Transmission Line.
- Mathematical modelled a HEPP Simulator
- An engineering model to develop software
- The project team and Instute will have a major talent about all parts of any type of HEPP. |

KERMİT
A Graphical Interface Control Card (KERMIT) Design, developed for the firm ARÇELİK, which will be used as an smart user interface in various products.

PURPOSE
Development of a smart user interface for white goods sector.
SYSTEM DEFINITION
The graphical system is composed of, LCD, LCD driver, graphical buffers, graphical memories and funtions operation over this buffers. Although the system includes specifications special to KERMİT, it has a general structure which can operate graphical functions on any system. |

ÇOBAN (Multi Band Camera) |

An eight-band multispectral camera with a ground sampling distance of 120 m.
PURPOSE
To produce a camera system that operates in multi-spectral region being a payload for BİLSAT-1 satellite which was designed by Turkish engineers. |
