RASAT CDR COMPLETED

The "Critical Design Review", one of the significant project phases for RASAT -the first satellite to be designed and produced in Turkey-, has been successfully completed. The CDR meeting was held at TÜBİTAK UZAY facilities with the participation of relevant auhorities from the State Planning Organization in January 2008.

With the successful accomplishment of this phase, the design has been finalized and the production phase has started. Following this phase, the "Assembly, Integration and Test" operations will set out, and all assembly operations and most of the tests will be carried out at TÜBİTAK UZAY facilities.
