+++ Aim of the Project - BilSAT - First Turkish Remote Sensing Satellite +++

To gain the ability of satellite design and manufacturing:
- To have the necessary manufacturing facilities (clean room, laboratories etc.)
- To have the necessary know-how
- To have qualified staff
To gain the ability of management of every step of a satellite project
To have an earth observation satellite and to gain experience in operating satellites and in processing images
To have a basis for more complicated satellite systems
To develop sub-systems usable in other satellite systems
To be a center of Excellence in Turkey in satellite design
